Solicitation Summary

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide construction services to renovate office spaces in a City facility located at: Bohrer Park Activity Center , 506 S. Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
The goal of renovating office spaces at the Activity Center is to convert existing open cubicles spaces into enclosed offices to increase staffing capacity and improve staff efficiency and comfort and, expand kitchenette space to improve useability by reducing archive space to accommodate seating area.
