409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion / Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intend to issue a solicitation for Army Community Service (ACS) Front Desk and Lending closet Services for Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr and Military Community Hohenfels.
This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes one (1) Base Year (7 months) and two (2) one year Option Years.
The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 20 days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
