The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for ACS - FRUITS AND VEGETABLES . This will be a 1-Year Requirements Contract ("RC"). The sponsoring Agency is the Administration for Children's Services ("ACS") .
