Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is made up of eleven (11) Operating Divisions (OPDIVS) and sixteen (16) Staffing Divisions (STAFFDIVS). The Office of Acquisition Management Services (OAMS) is organized under the Assistant Secretary for Administration (ASA) STAFFDIV and provides acquisition shared services to HHS. Prior to 2022, OAMS was previously organized under the Program Support Center (PSC). OAMS staff provide acquisition support from cradle to grave including overseeing the entire acquisition lifecycle including initial strategic planning; soliciting and assessing offers; and negotiating, awarding, administering, and monitoring Government contracts.
OAMS seeks a contractor with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to continue supporting the OAMS line of business for Acquisition System Support as well as Acquisition Reporting System (ARS) support.
