Acquisition of Real Property via Lease: For the Town of Barnstable, Police Department Substation

Project Description: The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable, on behalf of the Barnstable Police Department, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the acquisition, by lease, of a minimum of 1,000 square feet to be used as a Barnstable Police Department Substation In a location on Main Street, Hyannis, Massachusetts. Additionally, there must be a small office space within approximately 200 square feet, that is private, and near the highly visible storefront location and located on Main Street, Hyannis, MA. The Town requires a 36-month lease, commencing October 1, 2025, and expiring September 30, 2028. Funding is available for Fiscal Year 2026 of this lease. Continuation of the lease beyond that time is subject to receiving funding for subsequent years for this purpose.
