A) L’ORGANISME PUBLIC désire lancer un Appel d’Offres se rapportant à
l'approvisionnement Ligne de remplissage.
B) Afin de se conformer aux exigences de la Loi sur les contrats des organismes
publics en matière d’approvisionnement, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC doit procéder par
la voie d'un Appel d'Offres conforme à la procédure établie par le Règlement
sur certains contrats d'approvisionnement des organismes publics.
