Solicitation Summary
Allegany College of Maryland is seeking proposals for removing the old and then furnishing & installing new siding and windows for Building 1 of our student housing complex. This job includes approximately 15,000 square feet of siding, eaves fascia, patio fascia, and patio ceiling soffit, plus 48 windows to be replaced. If the wooden frames of windows or sheathing under siding need to be repaired it is to be on a T&M (Time & Material) basis. Existing siding and windows to be removed and disposed of in on-site roll off dumpsters provided by the college.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11th, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Building 1of the housing complex. Initial meeting place will be at the club house (first building when entering the complex) and attendees will be escorted to the correct building for the project.
