Accruent - TMS Work Order System Software

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(A), which is up to $125,000, for the above TMS Work order system software service. This TMS software includes any electric, plumbing, HVAC, painting and construction work for the entire Hospital, Bed Tower, Mart, Ambulatory, Health Science, and Basic Science Towers. This software helps SBUH to track outstanding work orders, job progress, work completed, trainings, JACHO compliance and any other major problems that need to be addressed. Additionally, this system has time frames for completion of work depending on the type of work order (emergency, critical, non-critical and compliance). This software provides reports which are generated for SBUH’s management to show which areas are succeeding in meeting the deadlines and which areas need improvement. SBUH is upgrading the system to UI services for better usability for our technicians, management team and staff, to communicate, render services, meet compliance and audits standards efficiently. Accruent LLC (“Accruent”) is the sole manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and service provider for TMS Software (“TMS”). A sealed bid will not be held.
