Accommodations, venue Space, audio-visual and catering services services

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a hotel to provide on-site accommodations, venue space, meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment and service and catering from May 19 to the 29, 2025 for approximately 60 participants.

The period of the Contractor is from the date of Contract to May 30, 2025. The work is to be performed from May 19, 2025 to May 29, 2025.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
