Accessory Dwelling Units for Unincorporated Delta County

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Planning and Community Development Department is soliciting proposals to conduct research related to simplifying and accelerating the development of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) throughout unincorporated Delta County as an affordable housing option and publish a guide of the findings.  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY).

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County.  Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct .  Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.

The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.
