Background

The Montgomery County Planning Department of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) seeks qualified ADA accessibility consultants to provide on-call services aimed at improving and maintaining compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. These services will support the Department’s goal of ensuring that all public documents, physical spaces, programs, events, digital assets, and communications are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with ADA standards and best practices.
