Description

The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for Access Frames and Covers to be used by the Wastewater Maintenance department. The cover design was created by a Spokane student and will need to be incorporated into the City's standard plans for a portion of these products.

Product must comply with the Buy America provisions in Title 23 of the United States Code, Section 313 “Domestic Product Only.”

In the event the purchase of these products exceeds $50,000.00, City Council approval will be required.
