Project Description: Cochise County (“County”) issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to obtain competitive vendor pricing in the open market for Access Control System- DSX Maintenance, in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) § 41-2534 concerning competitive sealed proposals.
