24-3873 Academy St. Bypass ? Elford St. Road Diet Pavement Markings

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for a road diet/cycle track installation project along Elford Street. The construction limits will extend approximately 2,000 LF in length between N Academy Street and N Church Street.

The proposed scope of work includes traffic control, minimal pavement marking removal, and new pavement markings. This work only includes pavement marking removal/new pavement markings/raised pavement markers. All other work shown on the plans (signage, vertical delineators, concrete median) is not included within the scope of this project.
