The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to renovate the men's and women's locker room showers at Academic Village, located at 17191 Sheridan St, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 , in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
The renovation of the locker room showers is necessary to address aging infrastructure, meet updated safety standards, and improve the user experience. Ongoing wear and tear have impacted functionality and increased maintenance needs. Upgrading the facilities will enhance safety, improve hygiene, and ensure long-term reliability for all users.
