Academic B Dean's Suite Renovation - Plumbing/Fire Protection-REBID

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate an approx. 7,920 square feet of the third floor of the Academic B Building. This contract is for the plumbing/fire protection portion only.

The fire protection scope includes removal of existing sprinkler heads. Provide new sprinkler heads and distribution piping as necessary for new layout. Sprinkler work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13 requirements.

The plumbing scope of work includes removal of existing plumbing fixtures. Provide new plumbing fixtures and any associated piping per new layout

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project.
