Academic A Lecture Hall Renovations- G08

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate lecture hall G08, an approx. 2,400 sqft, on the ground floor of the Academic A building. The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of an existing fixed seating system, flooring, ceiling, sound panels, projection equipment as well as lighting and power to the existing fixed seating system. The new construction will consist of flooring, celling, painting, new sound panels, new diffusers, new lighting and misc. power. The project also includes coordinating the installation of the new fixed seating system with a separate contractor.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM in Conference Room C of the Physical Facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.
