The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has an AC Ductless PM, Repair & Replacement service requirement. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete this requirement on the island of Oahu. The solicitation will be a 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. In order to be considered for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
Refer to page 79 on the attached solicitation for Instructions to Offerors. Prospective offerors must complete and submit all required documents to be considered a potential offeror.
