Scope of Work:
The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a qualified supplier to provide fresh, high-quality produce on a monthly basis to the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles (ABPP) Prep Center. This service aims to ensure consistent availability of nutritious fruits, vegetables, dairy, and juices for the facility’s needs. This will be a potential multi-year agreement with the potential supplier.

All services shall comply with applicable code requirements and state standards.

Deliveries must occur on the next business day following the purchase order received to the supplier.

When bidding on a category, supplier must enter a percent discount in the “Unit Price” section of the item grid. Percentage discounts can have up to two numbers after the decimal (example: you are bidding a 25.30% discount off list price; you will enter 25.30 in the “Unit Price” section).

Budget Considerations:
The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right to withhold award decisions due to budget constraints. All procurement decisions will be made within the framework of the agency’s budgetary limits.
