Solicitation of services to provide: Repair/Maintenance of Tanks and Testing/Inspection for Aboveground and Underground Storage Tanks per the attached statement of work for base plus two option years.





Service Contract Labor Standards WD 15-4143 latest Revision Applies and is incorporated.



Amendment is issued to remove the requirement for QTY 6 - Complete tesing of containment sumps and catch basins per 40 CFR Part 280.35 for options years 1 & 2 (CLIN 0002 & 0003).
