Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. CONSULTANT to provide contract administration, inspection and materials sampling and testing services, and grant compliance administration and oversite for the projects known as Able Canal Pathway, which runs from Harns Marsh to Joel Boulevard in general accordance with Lee County, Florida Greenbook, and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) policy, procedures and requirements.
