The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to abate a property for various violations of outside storage and restoration of site. The scope of work to be expected includes:

  • Restore the property to its original, level grade (4 acres);
  • Replace perimeter erosion control;
  • Apply grass seed to prevent erosion and limit noxious weeds;
  • Remove/dispose of remaining orange barrels; and
  • Add 100’ x 8’ gravel path to maintain cell tower access.
