Bid Opening is on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM SUNY Potsdam, Procurement Office, 5th Floor Raymond Hall, 44 Pierrepont Avenue, Potsdam, NY 13676. Bids are to be submitted sealed, clearly identifying this procurement on the outside of the package as follows: Abate Asbestos Floor Tile Flagg Hall, 121103-D000877, Due Date, April 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Bids are due in duplicate, original signatures, with all required documentation per the IFB.

Project Estimated Value is between $80,000 and $120,000

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k. ADK the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". The restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than Susie Cobb at cobbsm@potsdam.edu . Therefore vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability forms. In addition, the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law j&k and Public Officers Law.
