AASHTOWare – Service Units

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intends to renew its agreement with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for up to 12 months to provide service units for enhancements to the AASHTOWare Software Suite. This software system is used to bid, award, estimate, manage, and lead projects within the transportation sector. The service units will support enhancements to the Civil Rights Program Management, Labor Compliance, Construction Project Management and Bidding, Data Analytics, and Materials Management modules.

MnDOT has determined that AASHTOWare is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product to provide these services. This is deemed a single source purchase because AASHTOWare is solely distributed and supported by AASHTO and is not available from other third parties.
