AASHTOWare - Annual Renewal for Consolidated AASHTOWare License Agreement

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intends to renew an agreement with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for up to 12 months to provide annual license renewal for the consolidated AASHTOWare license agreement. AASHTOWare software is used by MnDOT to bid, award, estimate, manage, and lead projects within the Transportation arena. The software supports Civil Rights Program Management, Labor Compliance, Construction Project Management and Bidding, Data Analytics, and Materials Management.

MnDOT has determined that AASHTOWare is the only commercially available commodity product that meets the agency’s business requirements for these functions. This purchase is deemed a single source because AASHTOWare is distributed and supported solely by AASHTO and is not available through third-party vendors.
