AAA Designation Roadmap and Network Enhancement

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Panelboard Replacement at the Yuba City armory located at Yuba City Armory, 310 B Street, Yuba City, CA 95991.  Work to include: The Electrical Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and expertise to complete the replacement of Panelboard "A".  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 37383 - DO NOT OPEN.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 12/22/2025, at 11:00 AM at Yuba City Armory, 310 B Street, Yuba City, CA 95991. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.hawkins@cmd.ca.gov.

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license, or subcontract to one.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 12/29/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 37383.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 1/12/2026 at 2:00 PM.
