THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – This is a Notice of Intent of the Government’s intent to issue a Sole Source Award contract to Acuity-CHS, LLC, for Occupational Health Services and Medical Case Review Services
The Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) 6-month bridge contract to Acuity-CHS, LLC, 10701 Parkridge Blvd, Ste 200, Reston, VA 20191, for Occupational Health Services and Medical Case Review Services on behalf of the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS). These services support and enhance mission goals and objectives by ensuring the safety and welfare of its employees. It is the responsibility of DoW, through WHS/AD, to implement and oversee Occupational Health Services and Medical Case Review services. Delivery of services will assist DoW federal civilian employees in receiving medical examination prior to employment for applicants, for periodic medical surveillance of incumbents, before return to work after an injury, or to determine an incumbent’s ongoing fitness for duty when a change in health status has caused concern about the worker’s or others’ safety.
The Period of Performance will be from September 10, 2026, through March 9, 2027, consisting of three months base and three-month option period.
This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The contract is intended to continue the requirement for Occupational Health Services and Medical Case Review Services while a new long-term contract is being procured. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 – Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a Size Standard of $16,000,000, PSC: Q201- Medical – Health Care.
