Description:	Improve Paulding Road between Fairfield Ave and Calhoun St by reducing pavement width to a 3-lane section, rebuilding sidewalk, driveway approaches, profile milling and resurfacing the pavement, and drainage improvements. This project also includes a sidewalk connection from the Condos of Woodhurst heading south to Candlelite Court. This project will include a complete replacement of the traffic signal at Paulding and Calhoun as well as new lighting along the Paulding corridor. Landscaping and monuments will be included to create a Gateway into the City. Lastly, a storm sewer separation will be done to allow future work to be done by City Utilities.
