The City of Rancho Cordova, Community Development Department is soliciting request for proposals A Mixed-Use and Multi-Family Housing Study Addressing Regulatory and Financial Barriers to Infill Development in the City's Designated Green Zones to provide professional services to conduct a targeted mixed-use and multi-family housing study focused on analyzing regulatory and financial barriers for infill housing within the City’s designated Green Zones. The consultant will provide feedback on constraints and recommend areas where updates or changes may be needed to support the City’s development. This effort will test and assess how urban infill housing can be successfully integrated across multiple locations within the target areas.

This work is being undertaken specially within Green Zones, areas identified for infill and transit-supportive development and will contribute to the broader goals of the City’s General Plan Update and compliance with feral equity and mobility initiatives.
