The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing a qualified and authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representative to provide installation and technical assistance of a Ship Stores Refrigeration Unit (SSRU) for a Virginia Class Submarine.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 - Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment.

This request for capability information does not constitute as a request for quotes. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform requirements in accordance with the work stated above are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 0900 HST, 23 DECEMBER 2024. All responses to this notice shall be emailed to the POCs listed in this requirement.
