Project Description: This project involves asphalt paving at five (5) Park, Trail and Historic Sites locations throughout Montgomery County, consisting of parking lots, access roadways and pathways. The scope includes, but is not limited to, subbase preparation, binder course, wearing course, asphalt seal coat, pavement markings, topsoil backup and permanent restoration.
