Project Description: The County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure, Division of Parks, Trails and Historic Sites, is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform the required engineering, environmental permitting and construction consultation for the replacement of two culverts on the Perkiomen Trail.
