Project Description: Montgomery County is seeking an architectural and engineering (A&E) firm capable of providing roofing and building envelope design services at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, located at 60 Eagleville Road in Lower Providence Township. The County is engaged in a comprehensive effort to repair, replace and maintain all roofing at the facility over the course of multiple years. At completion of the effort, the total roof area addressed at the facility will be approximately 316,134 square feet. Existing roofing systems are varied - including modified bitumen, metal, ballast EPDM and fully-adhered EPDM. The original building roofing was installed beginning in 1985, with additional installations occurring in 1998 and 2010 when the facility was expanded.
