A&E Services, Repair Paved POV and Entrance Road-Yankton RC

The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements
of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Engineering services
for the above referenced project. This project scope will involve site
investigative, design development, and bidding services for the following
project scope:

Improve broken up asphalt pavement
access road and personal occupant vehicle (POV) parking lot by replacing with
new pavement designed for associated vehicle traffic. Capture drainage on north
side of POV lot and pipe under parking lot to reduce slip/fall hazards.
Relocate/install new security fencing and gate to prevent vehicles from
approaching building to meet ATFP standoff distance requirements. Estimated
construction budget for the project is $420,000.00 but be advised that this
number is subject to change.

A technical review
committee will review the submissions and select the firm based on the criteria
shown above. The committee respectfully requests that statements of interest be
limited to 20 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy
via email no later than 4:00 PM, MT, July 15, 2025. Submissions and questions
