A&E Services, Pedestrian Trail System

The Department of Game, Fish and Parks (GFP)
is looking for firms interested in
providing professional programming,
design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the project referenced above.
The consultant services will be completed in phases, with the initial phase
being a feasibility study of portions
of the trail system expansion. The future project scope will include a plan
based on the feasibility study developments. The Owner is looking to have
feasibility options by the end of the 2025 calendar year. The schedule of the
construction will be based on the initial feasibility phase findings and
potential project scopes.

A technical review committee will select a
firm based on the response to the criteria listed above. The committee
respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 25
pages or less. This is not a requirement;
merely a request.

The Statement of Interest must be received by 5:00 PM CDT, June 12, 2025 . Provide electronic copies by email attachment and or File Transfer Protocol capabilities to the
