Description:

In an effort to best progress and enable future projects, RIOC is seeking a panel of qualified multi-discipline Architectural/Engineering firms, or Architect/Engineer joint ventures to provide architectural, marine, historical site, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering consultation in a planning, design and construction-related capacity – described more fully in “Scope of Services” below ( in RFP) , and in the RIOC Design Consultant Guide (Appendix C) – for construction and rehabilitation projects on Roosevelt Island.
