Student Success and Experience (formerly the Office of the Dean of Students) places student support at the centre of its mandate. The unit provides services that promote student well-being and flourishing both inside and outside the classroom. This project will invest in relocating the existing Exam Centre on North Campus to a more accessible, modernized space that better supports this mission. The level 2 renovations will encompass rooms: 2-101 to 2-123. The new exam centre will require, at minimum, the following program elements:
1. Volunteer touchdown space
2. Open workstations
3. Private & Semi-private exam rooms
4. Reception with waiting area
5. Offices
6. Advising rooms
7. Computer lab
8. Accessibility
9. Collaboration space that could double as a large meeting area
10. In-Suite washrooms
