Summary Details
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B) Contract for Complex Care Residential Housing , as further described in enclosed tender document.
The Respondents will be a construction firm with significant experience in all types of construction. The Respondents must possess sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake all delivery aspects of the Project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and high-quality deliverables.
Respondents should submit their Responses in accordance with the following timetable and instructions.
