NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS for: Cleaning Services will be

received at the Office of the Director of Procurement, at Ramapo College of New Jersey, 505

Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, New Jersey until 2:00 P.M. local time Thursday, September 10,

2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. If the college is closed on the bid opening date,

the bid submittal deadline and opening will be extended to the same time on the next business day.

A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled at Ramapo College on Tuesday, August 18, 2026

at 10:00 a.m. in the Anisfield School of Business (ASB) Room 136. All potential bidders are

strongly encouraged to attend.

Bid documents are available at the Ramapo College Purchasing website at:

www.ramapo.edu/purchasing/bidding-opportunities/. Proposals must be made on the forms

provided, in the manner prescribed therein and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name

and address of the Bidder and marked with Bid No. 27-004A.

The successful bidder is required to be registered with the New Jersey Division of Revenue in

accordance with New Jersey statute N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Bidders are required to comply with

requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Mandatory Equal Employment

Opportunity).

The Board of Trustees of Ramapo College reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject

any or all bids.
