A/C JANITORIAL SERVICES - SAMTC

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Janitorial Services for Georgia Advanced Manufacturing Training Center to the TCSG ¿ Georgia QuickStart (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.

The Georgia Advanced Manufacturing Training Center is located at 1500 Pine Meadow Drive, Pooler, Georgia 31322 (at the northeast corner of the intersection of I-95 and I-16 on the north side of Savannah). The Training Center is run by Georgia Quick Start, a division of the Technical College System of Georgia and will provide local manufacturers with customized workforce advanced manufacturing and smart factory training.

The 50,000 square foot facility will house laboratory spaces, computer labs, classrooms, meeting rooms and administrative spaces. It will also include space and equipment to deliver customized training in all core and emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing including mechatronics, control systems, automation and robotics, sensors and networked wireless systems. The successful contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, maintenance and services to perform the janitorial services as described within the attached Scope of Service and Mandatory and Mandatory Scored requirements for the eRFP.
