Description
The purpose of this Request for Bid is to establish additional contracts for furnishing aggregates and sand materials for all requesting State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members, on an as needed basis to increase contract coverage throughout the counties of the State. These contracts are for materials to be picked up only.
All existing Contracts will remain in place and will maintain their current scope of work and county coverage. Existing Contractors may respond to this RFB, to propose on additional counties.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Mai N Lor, Buyer I, via email at mai.n.lor@state.mn.us by April 14, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFB, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
