Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete Ventilation improvements at A-39, A-42 and A-43 Wastewater Pump Station.
This project includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary to construct all ventilation improvements at the A-39, A-42, and A-43 Wastewater Pump Stations as depicted on the plans and in these specifications to provide a complete and functional system. Please see attached Scope of Work and Drawings in the attachment files section.
Selected Vendor must provide General Contract License and be Certified Electric Contractor.

SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform.
Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.

Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
AWARD:
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
