Description:

This project is to renovate & modernize Building K (19,176SF). The renovation will require asbestos abatement, replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire and data systems, windows, doors and hardware along with other upgrades to include changes to structural and egress to meet current code, roofing, interior and exterior finish renewal.
