Xenia Station Food and or Drink Service Business

The City is soliciting proposals for the project known as the Xenia Station Food and or Drink Service Business.

Proposals to lease the first floor of its building at Xenia Station, 150 N Miami Avenue, to a food and/or drink service business will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Monday, June 24, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

The City of Xenia intends to lease the first floor of its building at Xenia Station, 150 N Miami Avenue, to a food and/or drink service business. The City seeks proposals from such a business and will select a successful proposal pursuant to the criteria contained in the RFP. The City will negotiate the lease agreement with the successful respondent.
