WOODSTOCK ROAD AT SR92 AND KING ROAD

The City of Roswell is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a right turn lane and multi-use trail on Woodstock Rd at SR92; roadway shift along King Rd to accommodate the extension of the right turn lane to Roswell High School and a multi-use trail along King Rd. Major elements include but are not limited to stormwater treatment, grading, traffic control, construction of sidewalk, and asphalt paving. Five Hundred and Forty (540) calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Liquidated Damages are set at $213 per calendar day. The bid is a firm fixed unit price to complete the work based on the submitting contractor's understanding of the scope and assessment of the sites with a payment term of Net 30 days. Bids will be opened in person at Roswell City Hall, Room 130, 38 Hill Street, at the date and time listed on the project event calendar for Project Closing Date.
