INVITATION TO BID Project: WEAVERLAND ROAD BRIDGE REPAIRS: Project generally consists of the furnishing and installation of beam web plates and reinforcing steel angles, steel surface preparation, concrete repairs, and painting of existing steel fascia beams; restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Owner: EAST EARL TOWNSHIP 4610 Division Highway East Earl, PA 17519 Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 108 W. Airport Road Lititz, PA 17543 Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on June 8, 2023. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, at no cost, at pennbid.procureware.com . A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on May 25, 2023, at the office of the Owner. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is not required, but it is recommended. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on June 1, 2023; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
