The Town of Lockhart is soliciting proposals for Engineering Services for the Water Upgrade Project. The project includes the upgrade of 11 waterlines in town. The project will be funded in part by the SC DOC, Business Incentives and Community Development, under the State's CDBG Program, and the Appalachian Regional Commission.
