Wallpaper Prep and Installation
Description:
SUNY Oswego is seeking bids for wallpaper prep & installation for a project on our campus.
Scope:
-
Wall Prep
-
Prepare walls for wallpaper on all walls in 1st Floor Foyer and 2nd Floor Landing.

Repair and tape cracks in wall surface.
-
Skim walls for wallcovering.
-
Prime walls for new wallcovering.

Materials: USG Joint Compound Durabond 45 and Sherwin Williams wallcovering primer.

Wallpaper Scope:
-
Purchase and install 60 single rolls of Thibault AT1622 color: Pearl, large geometric pattern wallpaper on all walls in 1st and 2nd Floor Foyer of Shady Shores Residence.

10' ceilings on both floors, second floor landing layout identical to 1st floor Foyer layout (refer to attached drawing titled Foyer Floor Plan).

Scaffolding will be required at the stairwell.

Work hours are typically from 7:30 to 4:00, Monday through Friday. However, hours must be approved by the President prior to work starting.

Areas will be protected with drop-clothes or other means as required to prevent damage and daily clean-up is required.
