W91237-22-Q-0117 Tom Jenkins Gear Supply

Items are being purchased as replacement parts for sluice gate hoist machinery that is currently installed at the Tom Jenkins Dam Project at 23500 Jenkins Dam Road, Glouster, OH 45732. The Contractor shall provide five (5) sets of new gears and components as specified below. The Government reserves the right to inspect the fabrication of the gears at any time at the Contractor’s facility. The Government shall provide an old set of these gears for the Contractor to reference dimensions, however, these are worn gears and the Contractor shall make the new gears to the original dimensions. The Contractor to include in their bid costs for shipping the existing gears to their facility and returning upon getting all necessary measurements. The Contractor is required to make a site visit to get any other measurements needed for the fabrication of the new gear sets and components. All work to be in accordance with all applicable provisions of the AGMA Standards. See Performance Work Statement attached.
