Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - ANNUAL UTA ECO PASSES FOR BLM-UT 2021 The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source purchase order to Utah Transit Authority for public mass transit Annual ECO Passes, subject to the availability of funding. These passes are to be used by BLM Employees for their commutes into downtown Salt Lake City from many locations across the Wasatch Front. Methods of public transit include train, light rail, and bus. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition if 48511. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 12/29/2020. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline for the submittals is 12/24/2020 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
